An airline approved crate in which the puppy can stand up and turn around as specified by the airlines, bedding included =

Adult dogs may require the XXlg crate which is $135 plus tax.
Insurance = $15.00 - $25.00 depending on the cost/value of the pup.
Adult dogs may be slightly higher.
